Loading Dock
Access to the ICC Sydney Exhibition Building for exhibitors and contractors during move in and move out is via a slip lane from the south bound lane on Darling Drive.
This open air dock has a clearance of 5 metres. The dock operates on a one way circulation system and a limit of 15 minutes per vehicle applies.
AWRE is running a scheduled move in and move out for any heavy vehicles or machinery. The organisers will be in contact with any exhibitors bringing heavy vehicles or machinery to confirm a move in and move out time.

Please note:
- All vehicles under 1.8m high will be directed to the car park to unload and will not be provided access to the loading dock.
- Parking is not permitted on the loading dock.
- No access will be permitted via the loading dock doors during the operational hours of the event
- Occupational Health & Safety regulations strictly prohibit children aged 15 and under from being on-site during the move in and move out.
- Safety vests must be worn on the loading dock and open toe shoes are not permitted during move in and move out.
